Payment & Cancellation Policy
50% deposit required to confirm the booking for private charcuterie classes + 50% (remaining balance) required 2 weeks prior to the event. If the booking is less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, 100% payment will be required to book and is subject to the same cancellation policy.
If services are cancelled/terminated within five (5) days of the event, Catered By Cynthia shall be entitled to retain the full fifty percent (50%) deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, etc.
If the guest size for the private class changes, the client will have UNTIL 2 weeks prior to the booking date to make adjustments; no adjustments will be made after the remaining balance is received.
