By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Catered By Cynthia offers professional charcuterie catering services, including custom boards, platters, and event catering. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD. Availability of services depends on location, date, and order size.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings & Payments

    Booking Process: To place an order or book a service, clients must fill out the online form via our website or contact us directly by email @ cateredbycynthia@gmail.com. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent.

    Payment Terms: Payment for orders are due upon booking unless otherwise agreed. Event services require 50% deposit to confirm booking. We accept most all major credit/debit card payment through our website @ cateredbycynthia.com, Venmo, and business checks.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    All orders for Catered By Cynthia products and services re non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event for a credit to be issued that may be redeemed at a future date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a credit.

  • Delivery

    Delivery is available in Mobile & Baldwin County for an additional fee. The delivery fee will be confirmed at the time of booking. An individual must be present to accept the delivery. The delivery window will be thirty minutes before and after the requested time. If there is a change in the schedule, we will reach out to you to confirm that the recipient is available. If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance. Please contact us ASAP if you have changes in your schedule and we are happy to accommodate.

  • Liability
